Application & Submission
Information you submit must be accurate and complete. BAMFS may share your information with lending partners to evaluate your application. Approval and funding are subject to lender underwriting and are not guaranteed.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your portal credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Services for unlawful purposes.
- Do not upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Services.
- Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Services — text, graphics, logos, software — is owned by BAMFS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. BAMFS does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAMFS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.
Termination
